This ranch dip is versatile and delicious, complementing a variety of dishes. It pairs excellently with wings and serves as a superb salad dressing.

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) canned coconut milk
- 4 ounces (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dried Ranch Seasoning Mix -or- 4 tbsp finely minced fresh herbs such as parsley, dill, and chives, plus 1 tbsp minced dried onion, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix with a wisk until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Subs & Adds
- Mix in 1 mashed avocado for an avocado ranch.
- Mix in 1/4 cup salsa for a salsa ranch.
- Mix in 2 tbsp of hot sauce for a spicy ranch.
- For a buttermilk ranch version of this dip, combine 2 tbsp heavy cream with 1 tbsp vinegar such as white distilled, white wine, sherry, or rice wine before adding remaining ingredients.
