Garlic Cheesy Bread

A keto friendly garlic cheesy bread that's quick, easy, and DELICIOUS! Just four ingredients and just 15 minutes. That's faster than delivery!

I made this in my toaster oven but it could also be made in a conventional oven or air fryer.

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup shredded cheese (You can use any bagged shredded cheese you have or grate your own from a brick. Here I used a Mexican Blend)
  2. 1 tbsp grated pecorino Romano
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Spread ingredients out on a parchment lined baking dish.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
