Ingredients
- 12 small mushrooms (about 84g total)
- 6 medium chicken drumsticks (about 360g total)
- 6 cups of bone broth or stock
- 3 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Precook 6 medium drumsticks in an Instant Pot with 1 cup of bone broth. Cook on "Pressure" or "Manual" for 20 mins.
- Once cooked, remove drumsticks from Instant Pot and let cool.
- Once cooled, remove meat and discard bones.
- Wash and slice mushrooms and saute in butter.
- Add broth, cream, and chicken meat, and season with salt to taste.
- Heat soup over medium/high heat until heated through.
Subs & Adds
- This soup has great flavor on its own, but there are a lot of things that can be added to this soup to suit your taste. Bacon is a great addition. Onion and garlic are also great additions.
