STEP 2 - SAUSAGE GRAVY

Ingredients

  1. 2 oz ground pork
  2. 1 oz cream cheese
  3. 1 oz heavy whipping cream
  4. 1 oz broth
  5. Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute ground pork over medium heat until cooked thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (cream cheese, heavy cream, and broth), stir to combine, and heat over medium heat until well combined and desired texture is achieved. If your sauce becomes too thick, add more broth to thin it out. If your sauce becomes too watery, add more heavy cream to thicken it up and cook longer.
